She began her career in real estate in 2010 as a Mobile Notary, assisting buyers at the closing table and gaining a detailed understanding of loan documents, escrow timelines, and transaction accuracy. She later worked with the Chase Homeownership Center, helping homeowners navigate loan modification programs during challenging financial periods.
Afterward, Jenniffer spent over 10 years as a small business restaurant owner, building and operating a successful local business. This experience sharpened her negotiation skills, business judgment, and deep connection to the community.
Today, Jenniffer works in real estate full time, specializing in residential real estate, below-market-rate housing, and investment properties. She has successfully guided buyers through highly competitive markets such as Fremont and Oakland and knows when to strategically pivot to Sacramento to help clients reach their homeownership goals when market conditions demand flexibility.
She is the founder of The Real Estate Exchange, a community-centered platform focused on education, connection, and collaboration through workshops and networking events that support and uplift the next generation of small business owners. Jenniffer also serves as a Board Member of the Concord Chamber of Commerce, advocating for local businesses and entrepreneurs shaping the East Bay’s economy.
